Orange, with other Telco, is also mentoring a dedicated workshop titled “Building a new onboarding experience,” scheduled for Wednesday from 13:30 to 15:30 (M5, 45 seats).
This hands-on workshop, led by industry experts including Laura Lacarra, Anthony Névo, Amanda Cavallaro, and Noel Wirzius, aims to demonstrate how to develop a streamlined onboarding process that allows users to register using only their phone number. This approach reduces user dropout rates and minimizes fraud risks, providing a practical solution to common registration challenges.
Participants are encouraged to bring their laptops, as a code will be provided for modification and experimentation during the session. This collaboration between telecoms and the Linux Foundation offers valuable insights into user registration and digital onboarding.
