What is it?
An address anomaly is a non-compliance at the IPE level relating to a building.
The address anomaly protocol allows the processing of a request for creation (missing IMB) or modification (erroneous IMB) of a building address in IPEs using standardized flows.
Currently, the exchange process allows OC to report a missing or erroneous building in the IPE, is not standardized. Each OI has a proprietary tool and a process to allow the OC to submit an Address Anomaly report.
Following the Arcep 2020-1432 decision, chapter 2.3 "Process for reporting and correcting missing data", the Interop'Fibre Address and Infra Group have standardized the OI/OC exchanges for the reporting of Address Anomalies, based on severals APIs.
APIs come from "Trouble Ticket API - TMF 621" ; it provides a standardized client interface to Trouble Ticket Management Systems for creating, tracking and managing trouble tickets.
