The solution provides a global, seamless voice service with the ability to manage all types of calls at national and international levels including an integrated service for call collection.
The subscription to the Business Talk API requires to have a Business Talk contract. Once a contract is established between customer and OBS, any user proper role can have access to the Business Talk API.
