We have recently introduced Orange Money Business API which allows you, as a partner, to achieve a complete set of financial transactions using Orange Money.
You can directly integrate Orange Money in your application, or USSD menu, to send or receive money, process bill payments, subscription collections, deposits, etc.
These API are a multi-country entry point towards the entire Orange Money Footprint. With one single integration you can operate in multiple countries based on your choices of geographies reflected in the contract.
What is the current available service ?
Payment
Integrate Payment to your Appplication.
When your customer purchases goods or services from your company, you can add Orange Money as payment channel to allow more of your customers to pay online.
Customer will be notified to accept your payment request through USSD or our Orange Application.
What are the future available services?
Direct Debit
Do you need to process a monthly subscription, collection or deposit? Integrate the direct Debit functionality of Orange Money to manage recurring operations.
Based upon the initial client consent for a recurring debit on his Orange Money wallet, this service allows for periodic debit instruction (e.g. monthly) to automatically hit the customer wallet.
This payment Order is directly processed without customer interaction.
Credit
If you need to remit money to customers, partners or employees…. You can use our credit service that allows you to pay a single third party or make bulk payments to many third parties. This functionality can also be used to process rewards.
Refund
Propose Refund.
If ever, based on your relationship with your customer, you need to reimburse a purchase or compensate based on a claim, you can refund totally or partially a Payment performed with Orange Money.
This refund Order is directly processed without customer interaction.
