Orange is offering a new API to allow chatbot designers to develop bots for customers using RCS messaging. The BotHub API uses the standard GSMA Chatbot interface (FNW.11) allowing all RCS features to be used by your chatbot. Your bot designers can use sophisticated Natural Language Processing (NLP) or simple button driven interfaces to deliver the best user-experiences for your customers.

RCS Messaging (also known as Chat) is now rolling out across the world and is supported natively on many Android smartphones or can be downloaded from Google's Play Store. Android and Samsung Messages support chatbots allowing you to address an increasingly maket base.
