Orange API Specific Terms for Operator fiber eligibility France

1. CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS 

The Terms, as defined in section 1 of the Orange APIs General Terms, consist of (i) such Orange APIs General Terms and (ii) these Orange API specific Terms for the API Operator fiber eligibility France. In case of any discrepency between the Orange APIs General Terms and these Orange API Specific Terms for Operator fiber eligibility France, the latter shall prevail.

2. SPECIFIC TERMS API OPERATOR FIBER ELIGIBILTY FRANCE

2.1 Service availability

2.2. Use of the API

The maximum number of calls to the API is limited to 2 requests per second, if your customer call exceed this limit, Orange may suspend your access to the API until you bring the proof of implementing of a solution to respect this limit. 

2.3 Personal data protection

You are responsible for compliance with the law on personal data for any information transmitted by Orange and stored on the owner of the telephone line. If a violation of this law is identified, Orange may suspend your access to the API until you provide proof of compliance.
