Orange API Specific Terms for Billing API
Service Provider: Orange Business
The Billing API allows customers to retrieve bills and credit notes by billing account number, subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. DEFINITIONS
Agreement: The contract between the customer and Orange Business for Supported Services.
Customer: The legal entity receiving Supported Services and using the Billing API.
Billing: Invoices and credit notes for Supported Services.
Supported Services: Services purchased from Orange Business, as outlined in the Agreement, for which the Billing API is available.
Orange Business: The Orange Affiliate identified in the Agreement.
2. CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS
The Billing API is available only to international customers with an existing Agreement for Supported Services. Usage is governed by:

The Agreement.
In case of conflicts, the order of precedence is as listed above, except for Governing Law and Dispute Resolution provisions, which follow the Agreement.
3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION AND SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
3.1. Conditions
Access to the Billing API is nominative and non-transferable. Data accessed via the API is for the customer’s internal use only.
3.2. Fees
The Billing API is included in the Supported Services charges at no additional cost. Orange Business reserves the right to revise API fees with written notice to the customer.
3.3. API Modification and Version
Orange Business may modify or update the Billing API providing at least 30 days’ notice for changes that materially impact the customer. Orange Business may suspend any API version, notifying customers in a timely manner to facilitate migration to newer versions.
3.4. API Termination
Orange Business may terminate the Billing API with at least 60 days’ advance notice to the customer.
3.5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Orange Business disclaims any warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of Billing API data. Orange Business is not liable for errors or omissions in the API or derived data.
3.6. Technical Requirements
The Billing API is accessible via a RESTful API (HTTPS). Customers are responsible for maintaining internet connectivity and appropriate software for API usage.
3.7. API Service Availability
Customers must report any API issues to Orange Business which will work to resolve incidents and restore service. Maintenance periods will be communicated in advance, and Orange Business may suspend the API for technical or operational reasons.
3.8. API Call Limitation
To maintain service quality Orange Business may set a threshold for API requests per minute. Exceeding this limit will result in rejected requests with a specific error code and description.
3.9. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for safeguarding authentication information and ensuring its confidentiality. If misuse is suspected, Orange Business may require immediate cessation of API use. Customers must not reproduce, resell or distribute the Billing API or its data unless explicitly permitted by a separate agreement.
3.10. Use of API/DataOrange
Business may collect data on API usage to improve functionality, subject to the Orange APIs General Terms and the Agreement regarding personal data.
