Meet Orange LiveNet and Orange Business at booth T63 at Adopt AI, Grand Palais, Paris, on December 3 and 4, 2026.
As AI becomes embedded in customer interactions and critical operations, enterprises need more than automation. They need trusted identities, controlled actions and clear human oversight.
At Adopt AI 2026, Orange LiveNet and Orange Business will showcase two demonstrations that put these requirements into practice.
Trust in Call: making every interaction more trustworthy
Fraudulent calls, identity spoofing and deepfakes are weakening customer confidence. Trust in Call shows how network capabilities can help secure digital and voice journeys without adding unnecessary friction.
With Branded Calling, a verified business identity can be displayed directly on a customer’s smartphone, helping recipients recognise legitimate calls. Number Verification and SIM Swap capabilities strengthen authentication and fraud controls across the customer journey.
The demonstration also explores the next trust challenge: interactions involving AI agents. By combining network intelligence, voice capabilities and AI, Orange is developing approaches to verify the legitimacy, identity and permissions of AI agents—while helping detect impersonation and deepfake risks.
Live Intelligence Studio: AI orchestration under human control
In ports, industrial sites and healthcare environments, a security alert or abnormal signal can require an immediate, coordinated response. The priority is not simply to automate a workflow—it is to protect continuity of operations and keep critical decisions under control.
Live Intelligence Studio demonstrates an agentic AI environment designed to build, orchestrate and supervise complex operational procedures. Using a port-security scenario, the demo shows how an alert can trigger the selection of an appropriate response protocol, coordinate connected business systems and keep an operator in the loop for sensitive validation steps.
The approach combines AI scenario design and execution, business-system connectors and specialist analytics technologies. Its purpose is practical: improve resilience, support operational sovereignty and help organisations focus AI investment on use cases where reliability, control and cost discipline matter most.
